Dana Richard

Known for his relentless dedication to his client’s success, Dana has motivated his clients to double, triple, even quadruple their productivity while maintaining consistent levels of personal balance and life fulfillment. In addition to over two decades of experience in real estate, Dana holds various degrees including a Masters in Education (MEd), a Bachelor’s degree in Science (BASc) as well as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation.

Mark Hohenwater

Mark Hohenwater began his real estate career over three decades ago in 1978 in his hometown of West Vancouver, BC where he worked with and was mentored by the best in the real estate industry. With personal and brokerage sales volume nearing 1 billion dollars, Mark has received numerous local and national awards for both personal and brokerage sales production, while maintaining the highest of ethical standards. These days, he uses his years of experience and insights to produce extraordinary results for coaching members across North America.

Alison Sylvester 

Licensed in 1980, Alison Sylvester’s successful real estate career has been marked by a multitude of awards and recognitions, but she’s most proud of her track record for helping our coaching clients achieve the businesses and lives of their dreams. Her style is to examine a sales professional’s business, evaluate their processes and then gauge precisely where there is room for improvement. “I think this approach has enabled a bunch of people to make a bunch of money that they otherwise would not have been able to make,” says Sylvester. A Certified Master Coach (CMC), a Certified Coaching Practitioner (CCP) as well as a Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner, Alison is an extraordinary coach with a proven track record for breakthrough results.

Nancy Steinhausen 

Nancy Steinhausen has been collecting intellectual and experiential knowledge throughout her working career, including her experience as an agent and broke-owner of a brokerage with 60 agents and 2 offices. Nancy is a strategic thinker, skillful communicator and a results-focused leader who is able to dissect even the most complex of businesses to identify key opportunities for growth. Nancy is a lifelong learner and continues to gain skills and knowledge with enrollment in the Robert Kennedy College MBA (Leadership and Sustainability) program and graduate school coach training. Strategic planning, leadership and coach training, tied with a genuine desire to help others succeed, makes Nancy one of the most sought-after coaches in North America.

Francine Hoffman

With a passion for helping people reach their goals on their terms, Francine Hoffman brings a performance-based approach to her coaching and consistently furthers clients in their pursuit of steady lead generation and growth. Licensed since 1984, Francine began coaching with RRi in 2004 and for eight years has worked with hundreds of new and seasoned agents as well as dozens of teams. By emphasizing the importance of exceptional customer service and systems that make production repeatable and scalable, Francine has been able to help our clients reach and exceed their goals time and time again. She continually invests in development of her leadership and management skills with ongoing continuing education in graduate studies of coaching and leadership as well as Neuro-linguistic training.

Larry Robbins

A seasoned executive team leader, master coach and consultant with a passion for guiding clients in excelling in a purposeful life and business, Larry Robbins has experienced 22 years of successful business ownership and 13 rewarding years in real estate sales. In his decade-long career at Richard Robbins International, he’s served as a Master Coach, Director of Coaching, and creator and facilitator of RRi’s coach training program. His knack for coaching with both a direct and kindhearted approach has earned him hundreds of accolades from clients who, under his tutelage, have reached levels of success beyond their wildest expectations.
